By completing payment, you acknowledge that you have fully read, understood and accepted all after-sales regulations of our shop. After-sales standards for all products are categorized as follows:

1.Consultation & Energy Elevation Ritual Services (Exclusive intangible services with no physical delivery)Services including fortune consultation, life fortune analysis, ancestral lineage connection, customized energy elevation rituals and blessing frequency tuning are one-on-one exclusive intangible services. No physical goods will be delivered by courier. We will design exclusive procedures and allocate dedicated manpower and time resources tailored to your personal circumstances.
Preparation commences right after order confirmation. Once service resources are allocated, they cannot be reused for other clients. Therefore, no refunds, returns or exchanges are available for these services after purchase.

2. DIY Handicraft Kit Products All handcraft sets and energy matching material kits are packed separately upon request. Once shipped or opened, materials cannot be restored for resale. No returns, exchanges or refunds will be accepted after purchase.

3. Feng Shui Auspicious Ornaments & Physical Artifacts Most feng shui ornaments, lucky decorations and energy artifacts in our shop are custom-made, individually adjusted and assembled to meet personal needs. Each artifact corresponds to a unique personal energy field and is not suitable for resale after being sold.

1. Returns and exchanges will not be approved if there are no factory damages or manufacturing defects, including cases such as changed personal preference, mismatched size expectations, dissatisfaction with minor handmade marks or slight adjustments of accessories.
2. If factory breakage or workmanship defects are found upon receipt, please retain the complete original packaging and photographic evidence, and contact customer service within 24 hours for verification and resolution.
3. Damage caused by accidental knocks, self-disassembly and modification, long-term wear and tear, or improper storage is not covered by after-sales service, and returns or exchanges will not be processed.

Supplementary Notes：All customized artifacts and exclusive energy services are tailor-made for individual clients and cannot be resold, we sincerely appreciate your understanding.All works are purely handcrafted. Minor handmade traces, slight asymmetry and other subtle imperfections are inevitable for hand-made items and do not count as quality defects. In addition, accessories and decorative details may be slightly adjusted according to practical usage while the main design remains unchanged. Placing an order means you accept such minor variations.Our shop reserves the final right of interpretation for this Return & Exchange Policy.We treat every customer with sincere and respectful intentions, and handle every order and consultation wholeheartedly and carefully.

退换货规则
下单付款即代表您已完整阅读、充分知晓并认可本店全部售后规则，所有商品售后标准统一划分如下：

一、咨询、能量提升仪式类（无实物、无需发货专属服务）
命理咨询、运势梳理、祖脉链接、专属能量提升仪式、调频祈福等均为一对一专属无形服务，不存在实体货品，无需快递寄送，但会根据您个人情况单独规划流程、分配专属人力与时间资源。
订单确认后即刻启动筹备工作，服务资源一经占用无法再次复用，因此此类服务下单后，不支持退款、退换。

二、DIY手工材料包类产品
各类手工套件、能量配套材料包均为按需单独配货打包，物料一经发出、拆封后无法复原，难以再次对外售卖，商品售出后不支持退换、退款。

三、风水吉祥摆件、实体器物类产品
本店多数风水摆件、吉祥饰品、能量器物为专属定制款，按照个人需求单独调整、搭配制作，每件器物对应专属个人磁场，售出后不适合二次流转。
1. 商品无原厂破损、做工瑕疵等质量问题，单纯个人喜好变更、尺寸预期不符、介意手工细微痕迹或配饰微调等情况，不支持退换；
2. 若签收时发现原厂破损、做工缺陷等质量问题，请保留完整外包装、实拍凭证，24小时内联系客服核验处理；
3. 人为磕碰、自行拆装改造、长期使用磨损、存放不当造成的损坏，不在售后处理范围内，无法办理退换。

补充说明： 本店所有定制器物、专属能量服务均为一对一匹配定制，难以二次流转售卖，还请各位多多理解。所有作品均为纯手工制作，手工制品难免存在细微手工痕迹、轻微不对称等不完美之处，不属于质量瑕疵；同时配饰、装饰细节会根据具体使用用途情况微调，款式主体不变，下单即表示认可该情况。本店保留本退换货规则的最终解释权。我们始终怀着真诚恭敬之心，用心对待每一位客户，认真处理每一份订单与咨询。
