退货政策

一、政策总则

为保障每位客户的合法消费权益,规范售前、售后及退换货流程,本公司秉持诚信经营、透明服务、客户至上的原则,制定本退货政策指南。所有下单购买产品,即代表默认知悉并认同本退换货规则。
本政策适用于本公司全部在售产品,包含文创饰品、风水器物、工艺摆件、能量调理配套产品等全系商品。

二、十五天无理由退换规则

1. 客户在签收货物15天内,产品完好、未使用、无磨损、无污渍、包装齐全、吊牌及配件完整,可申请无理由退货、换货服务。
2. 无理由退换要求:产品需保持全新原状,不影响二次销售;若产品出现人为磕碰、划痕、磨损、沾水、佩戴使用、私自拆卸、包装遗失破损等情况,不支持无理由退换
3. 无理由退货产生的往返运费由客户自行承担;如为质量问题、发错货、漏发,则运费由公司承担。

三、质量问题退换规则

1. 客户签收后发现产品存在质量瑕疵、破损、开裂、做工缺陷、发错款式/规格等问题,可凭实拍照片、视频凭证,免费申请换货或退货。
2. 质量问题需在签收后48小时以内反馈报备,超时未反馈默认产品完好,不再受理质量售后。
3. 经客服核实确认问题属实后,将第一时间为客户安排补发、换货或全额退款,不收取任何额外费用。

四、特殊产品售后说明(适配本行业)

因本店产品属于文化文创、能量风水类定制器物,结合行业特性,特此说明:
1. 已做专属定制、专属祈福、专属调理、一对一加持定制类订单,一经制作完成、不予退换,属于个人专属定制服务,无法二次销售。
2. 普通常规款现货产品,在保持全新未使用状态下,可正常执行七天无理由政策。
3. 主观感受、心理预期、个人运势体感等主观因素,不属于产品质量问题,不支持强制退换,我们会全程耐心解答客户疑问、提供售后指导服务。

五、不予退换情形

出现以下情况,一律不接受退换货、退款申请:
  • 产品已佩戴、已使用、已沾水、已磨损、有磕碰损伤;
  • 外包装、吊牌、礼盒、配件缺失或损坏;
  • 客户私自拆卸、改造、维修产品;
  • 超过15天无理由售后时效、超时未反馈质量问题;
  • 专属定制类、一对一专属服务类成品订单;
  • 恶意退换、多次恶意售后、恶意下单行为。

六、退换货流程

1. 联系专属客服,说明退换原因,提供产品实拍照片/视频;
2. 客服审核通过后,提供退货地址及注意事项;
3. 客户打包完好产品,寄出后提供快递单号;
4. 仓库签收验货无误后,24–48小时内办理退款或换货。

Return Policy Guide

1. General Provisions

To protect the legitimate rights and interests of all customers and standardize pre-sales, after-sales, return and exchange procedures, our company formulates this return policy based on the principles of integrity operation, transparent service and customer priority. All purchases made from our store shall be deemed as full acceptance and acknowledgment of this return and exchange policy.
This policy applies to all products sold by the company, including cultural and creative accessories, feng shui ornaments, craft decorations, energy conditioning supporting products and all other product lines.

2. 7-Day No-Reason Return & Exchange Policy

1. Customers may apply for no-reason return or exchange within 7 calendar days upon receipt of goods, provided that the products are in brand-new, unused, undamaged and stain-free condition with complete original packaging, tags and all accessories.
2. No-reason return and exchange prerequisite: products must remain in original new condition and resalable state. No no-reason return or exchange will be accepted if the products have artificial dents, scratches, wear, water stains, wear and use marks, unauthorized disassembly, or damaged/missing original packaging.
3. Shipping fees incurred by no-reason returns shall be borne by the customer. Shipping fees caused by product quality issues, incorrect delivery or missing items shall be borne by our company.

3. Return & Exchange Policy for Quality Issues

1. If customers find product defects, damage, cracks, workmanship flaws, incorrect styles or specifications after receiving the goods, they may apply for free return or exchange by providing real photos and video evidence.
2. All quality issues must be reported within 48 hours upon receipt of goods. Failure to report within the time limit will be regarded as confirmation of intact product condition, and no subsequent quality after-sales applications will be accepted.
3. After verification and confirmation of valid quality problems by our customer service team, we will arrange replacement, re-delivery or full refund immediately without any additional charges.

4. Special After-Sales Instructions for Industry-Specific Products

Considering the attributes of our cultural, creative, energy and feng shui customized products, the following special terms apply:
1. All completed personalized customized orders, including exclusive blessing, energy conditioning and one-to-one consecration customization, are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Such products are exclusive personalized services and cannot be resold.
2. Regular in-stock products can enjoy the standard 7-day no-reason return and exchange policy on the premise of being brand-new and unused.
3. Subjective feelings, personal psychological expectations, physical perception of fortune and other subjective factors are not regarded as product quality issues and do not support compulsory return or exchange. Our customer service team will provide professional consultation and after-sales guidance throughout the process.

5. Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Situations

Return, exchange or refund applications will not be accepted under the following circumstances:
  • Products have been worn, used, stained with water, worn out or artificially damaged;
  • Original outer packaging, tags, gift boxes or accessories are damaged or missing;
  • Products are disassembled, modified or repaired without official authorization;
  • Applications exceed the 7-day no-reason after-sales period or fail to report quality issues within the specified time;
  • Completed personalized customized orders and exclusive one-to-one service products;
  • Malicious returns, frequent unreasonable after-sales applications and malicious order behaviors.

6. Return & Exchange Procedures

1. Contact exclusive customer service, state the return/exchange reason, and provide real photos or videos of the product;
2. After application review and approval, customer service will provide the return address and relevant notes;
3. Pack the product completely and properly, and provide the express tracking number after delivery;
4. Refund or exchange will be processed within 24 to 48 hours after our warehouse inspects and confirms the intact returned product.

7. After-Sales Service Commitment
